Order to Payment Process diagram

 

 

     
Shopping Cart Order Details Screen
 

The shopping cart displays all products you have selected for purchase.

To remove an item from the shopping cart:
  • Tick the box in the delete column next to the product you wish to delete
  • Click the Update button
To change the quantity:
  • Type the correct number in the Quantity
  • Click the Update button
To place an order:
  • Check the Products and the Quantities are correct
  • Click the Checkout button. This starts the checkout process.
Shipping / Billing Address Screen
 

This screen displays the shipping address.

If you have previously registered with the site but are not currently logged in:
  • Click the Login Button
  • Enter your user name and password
  • You will see the address details that you provided when you originally registered with the site.
If you have not registered with the site:
  • Complete the required fields on this form
  • This will register you with the website. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail that includes your username and password. You can use these credentials to log on in future.
  • The password needs to have 8 characters, one of which must be a number.
If you have a different shipping address:
  • Click the Provide a Different Ship-To-Address link and complete the appropriate details.
If the Shipping Address details are incorrect:
  • Change the details on the form
To proceed to the next step:
  • Click the Continue link
     
Confirm Address and Product Totals
 

This screen summarises the order.

You can change any detail of your order by either:
  • Clicking the Back link at the bottom of the page to step back through the screens
  • Click on the Edit Bill To Address or Edit Ship-To-Address links

If you are happy with the order click the  Continue link.

     
 Pay / Submit Order
 

 This screen gives you the option of either paying by Credit Card or Submitting a Purchase Order.

Scouting Direct encourage you to use the Credit Card Option.

If paying by Credit Card:
  • Click on the Mastercard/Visa icons
  • Complete the DPS Credit Card Details Screen
  • Click Submit
  • After a few seconds the DPS System will process your transaction and return you to the My Account page on  the Scouting Direct Website.
  • The system will e-mail you an order receipt and an invoice
If submitting a Purchase Order:
  • Click on the Purchase Order button
  • You will be redirected to the My Account Page of the Scouting Direct Website.
  • The system will e-mail you an order receipt and invoice.
  • Please pay your invoice promptly.
