Credit Card via Secured Website
You can use our secure online shopping cart to make your purchase and pay with your Visa or Mastercard.

Notes:
* Your order will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account.
* On all orders you will receive either an email or phone call to confirm your order has been received, another when your payment has cleared into our account and also to confirm when your package has been shipped.

Purchase Order - If using this option - payment MUST be received within seven days.  Payment can be by cheque, or Internet transfer.  Please ensure the Invoice Number is quoted when paying.

Delivery

Where
Scouts Direct will deliver New Zealand wide. We can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us for international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs.

By whom
All packages will be sent via Courier Post.

Damage
Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling 04 232 4405 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation.

Delivery Cost
All Postage and handling costs are included in the price of the products.

Timeframe
We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 3 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account.

Low Stock
If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

Refunds & Exchanges

All products sold by Scouts Direct come with a full manufacturers warranty (most stock is 12 months warranty, but some accessory items are 6 months warranty).

Change of Mind
Scouts Direct do not offer any type of refund on goods that have been wrongly selected or change of mind.

Please feel free to contact us personally in regards to your individual situation should you wish to discuss refunds or exchanges in more detail.

About Scouting Direct

The Scouts Direct Website is Scouts New Zealand’s official online store .
Overview of the shopping process
This website operates just like other shopping websites.
1.       Products are added to a shopping cart
2.       The shopping cart  is checked out – this is where you provide shipping address details
3.       The order is paid for using a credit card
4.       A confirmation e-mail is sent to you
5.       The order is picked, packed and shipped via courier post.
How safe is it
The Credit Card Transaction is handled by DPS Payment Express , a solution provider connected to all of the major New Zealand Trading banks. Your Credit Card details are not stored on the Scouts Direct website.
Do I have to use a Credit Card
Scouts Direct would appreciate it if you could use the credit card payment option. This saves us time and cost – which helps to keep our prices down.
Purchase Order - If using this option - payment MUST be received within seven days.  Payment can be by cheque, or Internet transfer.  Please ensure the Invoice Number is quoted when paying.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping Costs are built in to the product price.
Registering with the site
The first time you go to check out your shopping cart you will be prompted to register with the site. Registration includes your contact details, username and password.
It is important that you remember your username – we suggest that you use your e-mail address as you probably won't forget that.
